St. Lawrence Night: Wine Glasses and Wishes Under the Stars

The Wine Tourism Movement, the Lacrima Wine Producers Association, ProMorro and the “Aristarco di Samo” Amateur Astronomers Association invite you to an evening dedicated to stars and wine.

The Municipality of Morro d’Alba, as a member of “The Most Beautiful Villages in Italy”, will accompany the night of shooting stars with special areas and activities dedicated to wishes and dreams to be expressed under the sky.

Evening Programme

FROM 7:00 PM

• “Wish Corner”: collection of wishes expressed during the evening. Entrance from the Camminamento di Ronda La Scarpa
• Guided tastings of Lacrima di Morro d’Alba DOC and other local wines, hosted by local producers
• Aperitif with a selection of traditional local products and a tasting glass of wine, organised by the Pro Loco of Morro d’Alba
• Live music performance with “Giacomo Sax Voice – DJ Set”

FROM 8:30 PM TO 11:30 PM

• Special opening of the “Utensilia” Museum and the “Star Hunt” workshop inside the museum
• “Readings Under the Stars” in the beautiful setting of Piazzale Bersaglieri

FROM 9:30 PM

• Guided astronomical observation organised by the Senigallia Astronomy Association “Aristarco di Samo”.
