WHITE DINNER WITH A GLASS OF RED WINE

On Friday, July 31, one of the most beloved events in the charming village of Morro d’Alba returns: the White Dinner with a Glass of Red Wine.

The historic centre of the medieval Castle of Morro d’Alba once again provides the stunning setting for this unique event celebrating elegance and sustainability. At its heart lies Piazza Barcaroli, the vibrant focal point of the village, surrounded by the enchanting La Scarpa covered walkway, a monument unique in Europe.

During this magical evening under the stars, the deep red of a glass of Lacrima di Morro d’Alba wine and the traditional red handkerchief used in the pizzica dance will be the only touches of colour in a night entirely dedicated to white.

Guests are invited to reserve a table and decorate it exclusively in white using environmentally friendly materials. All participants are also asked to wear white. Each table will be provided with a complimentary bottle of wine. Guests are encouraged to prepare and bring their own dinner, with the opportunity to share it with others if they wish. Those who prefer not to cook can order takeaway meals from the village restaurants.

The evening will continue with a live performance and pizzica dancing by Solstizio Mediterraneo, bringing the festive atmosphere to life.
